The Broadway Theatre was a first-run venue located in downtown Portland.

Portland’s street numbering changed in 1933.

J.J. Parker Theatres owned the theatre in latter years. By the 1970s, the Broadway Theatre was owned by one of the two Moyer brothers, who owned many of the theatres in Portland at the time.
